About the Job
Everlaw is looking for a highly-motivated Operations Analyst with strong communication skills, an open and collaborative approach to problem solving, and a growth mindset. As an Operations Analyst at Everlaw, you’ll analyze and report on critical customer data and collaborate with leadership to make intelligent forecasts and recommendations based on the data analysis. Your attention to process-driven growth, paired with your ability to remain adaptable, will help the entire team scale and grow along with our rapidly growing business. You’ll strategically develop and manage processes surrounding workforce management, enabling our customer facing teams to provide exceptional service that directly impacts the success of legal teams at law firms, corporations, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, who collaborate on our platform every day to discover truth and promote justice.
