The Data Analytics team at QuEST is a growing group of software programmers and data analysts working in a fast-paced aerospace engineering environment. Our largest projects focus on collecting, formulating and analyzing large volumes of data regarding part production and supplier quality to help our customers make timely, data-based decisions for their business. The customer relies on QuEST to provide them with highly accurate and on-time information crucial to their success. The Data Analytics team seeks to adopt innovative new platforms and methods of capturing, visualizing and making sense of all this critical data.
The role of the Data Analytics Associate is to support the Data Analytics team by helping write code and develop programs to quickly and accurately capture data, process it, and formulate it for analysis. The successful candidate will listen to customers problems, collaborate with your experienced team members and develop innovative ways for your team to solve their problems.

Prepares variety of computer programs, associated documentation and design specifications, including logical system design diagrams.
Assists in conducting detailed analysis of defined system specifications and developing methods for problem solving
Converts symbolic statements of work processes to detailed design and coding into program language
Assists in developing detailed programs and design, produces diagrams indicating mathematical computations, sequence data, and solutions.Additionally, the individual is involved with test and system integration (unit and/or software integration) of programs
Work with functional leaders and Business Unit leaders on setting up sites
Work with user community to trouble shoot technical issues
Work with IT to communicate issues and help with solutions

0-1years of experience in Data Science
AS or BS in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years relevant experience preferred
You can understand a customers problems and create new solutions to solve them
Work well across borders and in a team oriented environment.
Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment without a lot of management oversite. You are independent and forward facing.
