Title: Data Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: Full time / Perm

Salary: 40 – 45 K / Annum

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst in our operations department, you will spend a significant amount of time gathering large volumes of data to analyze the results. The role will be responsible for developing reports based on data gathered from various teams or extracted from our enterprise application. You will work closely with the IT – Application Services team, subject matter experts and key stakeholders on the business side to identify and resolve system and process issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering business requirements
• Develop reports and visualizations using Microsoft Excel
• Provide analytical support and consultation on help desk tickets as well as projects to ensure appropriate design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders by building personal credibility and trust
• Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and strong work ethic

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of data analyst experience
• Prior help desk support experience is a plus
• Must have a passion for data, reporting & analytics, data processing and validation
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong team player with willingness to collaborate
• Strong aptitude with Microsoft Excel
