This role will generate customer driven and actionable insights through the use of statistical analysis and data management. This role will create graphical representation of results for ease of interpretation. In addition, this role will aid the Senior Statistical Analysts in the development and maintenance of new analytical and statistical procedures. This role will also help develop and maintain MaritzCX reputation for advanced analytical work. Other responsibilities include providing statistics and statistical programming consulting as well as proactive analyses.
PROJECT EXECUTION: Develop analysis plan and execute the analysis. Write SAS/SPSS programs to format data and provide analysis. Ensure data pull for project is accurate and check all aspects of analysis/reporting for accuracy. Interpret results to provide maximum insights to meet client business objectives, create graphical interpretation of results, and provide actionable recommendations. Understand, implement, and ensure project execution according to MaritzCX’s Quality Management System (QMS) Standards.
SALES SUPPORT: (1) Act as a resource and analytical support person for research staff and account managers to sell research services in tandem with the guidance from the Sr Decision Analyst. Help develop new analytical products for future sales. Provide proactive research on continuing studies. Serve as a major resource in statistics, sampling, research methods, and decision methods. (2) Pre-sale: Consult with external and/or internal clients to define the decision problem, client analytical/research design needs and objectives. Help develop the decision, analytical, or research design approach and analytical specifications and all steps necessary to conduct the analytical portion of the project. Help write proposal design and analytic sections in association with research staff.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS ENHANCEMENT: Attend monthly marketing sciences meetings and help with company wide marketing sciences initiatives. Engage in outside professional activities such as publishing or active participation in professional organizations.
- Degree in applied statistics or mathematics preferred, open to candidates with statistical analysis experience with a degree in another discipline such as psychology, political science, sociology, or marketing.
