Role: - Data Analyst/Scientist responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to support more data-driven test management.
Detailed Job Description:
Education: 4 years degree in STEM, engineering related field. Or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
- This role is requires test reporting with metrics. The right candidate will serve as a process lead. We are looking for a strong QEA resource with Test Management experience.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to relate them to the products or services the company is producing.
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced Excel functions and features
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Preferred: Familiarity with database functions (i.e. Toad) and report development
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining standard Program reports and monitoring key program data, including JIRA (Features, Objectives, Stories, Risks, Impediments, etc.) and HPQC. Support program-level reporting (i.e. burn downs) to provide data to accountable leaders like the Program Director, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and key business stakeholders.
This core data is used to measure the success and milestone achievement of the Agile Program, but is not consistently collected or tracked across the Program. This role will centralize visibility to all of the core data elements needed to deliver a successful Agile Program, and will formalize this data across all teams (10+) in the Program. This will increase the level of accountability for good data governance across the program, and will allow Program leadership to keep better track of progress toward achievement of key milestones, including financials. This will improve the overall data driven decision making for the ADMS Program
