We are in search of a Work Order Processing Representative that will be a solid contributor within the Processing department. We are looking for a Processing Representative that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
Key Job Duties:
Filling out applications for Renewable Energy Credits and Incentives programs, and tracking
the systems’ progress through these steps
Reporting solar renewable energy production of each system to state governing authorities
Reviewing daily installation records, verifying that all documentation & photographs regarding the installations have been received
Ensuring that all documents & photographs satisfy the requirements for multiple purposes including funding purposes, payroll purposes, etc.
Reviewing solar account details for accuracy and compliance against third party standards
Completing other specially assigned projects in an accurate yet efficient manner
This job involves regular and recurring work situations of moderate to intense levels of complexity
Necessary Skills and Experience:
Comprehensive processing and data entry skills
Attentiveness to detail
Learning and understanding of the entire process
Ability to work effectively with other departments and within your own teams
Competency with Windows & Google applications
Ability to stay on task, with moderate supervision
Have a high school diploma
Salesforce or data entry experience preferred
