The Data Analyst will be part of a team that leads data and analytic efforts across the Operations team. You will help scale and expand while managing cost. You will use analytics to solve day to day operational problems, build data and dashboards solutions to drive insights and automation, and grow into a subject matter expert on cross functional teams to propose and implement new analytic solutions and features. To be successful in this role, you must have very strong analytical, problem solving and project leadership skills.
Build and maintain analytical models, dashboard and tools
Build relevant dashboards to monitor operational performance and lead discussions on improvement opportunities
Develop sustainable models, tools and processes to be used by operations teams to make faster and more accurate decisions
Provide analytical support to cross functional teams and guide teams towards better decision making based on data
Actively identify improvement opportunities through data analyses and work with cross-functional team to prioritize and implement changes
Provide thought leadership on the impact of business changes as related to reporting and analysis. Coordinate effort with team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Define and develop solutions to aid automation of current processes related to data and analysis.
BA/BS degree in Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, related field or equivalent practical experience.
1-4 years of work experience in an analytical role, ideally in operations, supply chain and/or management consulting
Demonstrated analytical and problem structuring skills
Strong experience in SQL, and dashboarding tools.
Experience in R, or Python is nice to have.
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured and fast-paced environment; comfort dealing with ambiguity.
Strong attention to detail; excellent written & verbal communication skills.
