You should expect to handle high volumes of mostly inbound calls. Immediate bonus potential following training (1 week).
We are looking to add to our growing team of pre-legal, legal and judgment collectors. Our collectors enjoy strong compensation plans and benefits including health care and 401k plans, paid holidays, paid time off, no nights or weekends, immediate Bonus potential following training - and they earn significant bonuses. Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday Hours 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

- Contact creditors, and attorney offices to negotiate a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
- Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
- Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.
- Utilize multi-tasking and communication skills to work through the account queue.
