Education Level:Bachelor's Degree (±16 years)
4-6 Years experience with Teradata (i.e. BTEQ, TPT, FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad)
4-6 Years experience with Informatica
4-6 Years experience with Unix shell scripting
Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

- Participates in the full development life cycle of business software including design, development, unit/load testing, deployment and maintenance of a software system and implementation of business software for the enterprise
- Writes software working on new and existing applications.
- Modifies existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
- Applies debugging and root cause analysis skills to resolve issues.
- Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements.
The Developer/Analyst II position participates in the development and implementation of business software for the enterprise including coding, testing, documentation, and implementation. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications. - Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. - Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure program meets defined requirements. - Provides status reports to lead and management as needed.
Required Skills: - Ability to apply knowledge database development utilizing SQL technologies such as SSMS (T-SQL stored procedures) - Healthcare Claims knowledge preferred - Ability to use Microsoft Access, SQL, Java, VB.NET with Visual Studio is a plus - Ability to apply knowledge of data warehousing technologies such as Informatica, SSIS - Ability to demonstrate beginner level understanding of Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. - Ability to be careful and thorough with detail. - Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. - Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, fluently in English. - Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work related issues and problems. - Ability to present to a group. Required Education/ Experience: - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience - 3+ (or Master's degree & 1+) years related experience including experience developing and testing a production software system
