About the Job
This job is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Gift Records team; providing customer support to internal customers as well as prospects and donors; and providing administrative support for the fulfillment of departmental goals.
Some Highlighted Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations, including gift entry, database maintenance and constituent record management. Produce donor letters, tax receipts and tribute cards.
- Provide customer support to potential donors, prospects and internal customers. Provide answers for consumer questions.
- Provide administrative support for the Gift Records team. Assist with mailings and database cleanup projects
Required: Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred: Experience in Raiser’s Edge or similar database
Preferred: Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
