EXPERIENCE: Prior healthcare related food service experience preferred, but willtrain on the job. C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be knowledgeable in food handling, safety and sanitation and befamiliar with therapeutic diets. Able to read and write English with computerskills preferred.
