The NA Channel Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic, self-directed, data-driven digital channel marketer to partner with sales and drive effective channel marketing campaigns and programs for Amazon US. **Required Skills:** 1. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP). 2. Own the Amazon marketing strategy, co-marketing budget and associated KPIs across paid media channels to drive awareness and conversion. 3. Drive continuous measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns to improve ROAS. 4. Effectively communicate channel performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership. 5. Collaborate with Channel Services and Creative teams to drive the briefing process for digital assets, A/B creative testing and identifying best practices for PDP pages. 6. Communicate Amazon marketing calendar with cross-functional partners. 7. Drive concepts for big e-tail moments such Prime Day. 8. Partner with sales on account marketing opportunities and account negotiations on placements. 9. Partner with sales to build effective retail partnerships and support them with operational needs around retail programs. 10. Travel up to 40%. **Minimum Qualifications:** 11. 5+ years experience in a marketing role in a technology-based consumer marketing company driving e-commerce efforts. 12. Proven experience using data to make decisions, identify audience segments, and present findings internally. 13. Bachelor's degree. **Preferred Qualifications:** 14. Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP) campaign experience. 15.
