The role is 60-40 (Manager/Hands-on) and is accountable for managing a growingteam of 5-8 highly skilled UI developers to deliver a superior experience.

Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience with developing and implementing applications
Eight or more years of experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications
5 years of experience leading and mentoring UI Developers from coaching to hiring
5 years hands-on experience working with UI frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)
3 years experience creating Mobile / Responsive apps using modern frameworks for IOs and Android
5 years collaborating with user experience (UX) design experts to create differentiating experience.
3 years managing sprint teams backlog, ensuring it accurately reflects value and complexity
UX Design experience
Digital visual design, including prototyping
Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL (SQL Server, Oracle etc.)
Experience working with Web Services experience (e.g. REST, SOAP)
