The opportunity: Essentia Water, the #1 supercharged ionized alkaline water in the premium bottled water category, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our growing marketing team. Based in our Bothell, Washington corporate office, the Digital Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing. Leading the day-to-day management of the website, this person will grow awareness, engagement, and loyalty with customers through content marketing and CRM. The ideal candidate is an overachiever with an extensive knowledge of digital experience and the consumer journey, feels confident leading others, and not afraid to dive into data to understand and evaluate performance. What you will do every day: + Work with Director of Integrated Marketing to implement website strategy that maps to overarching marketing and brand goals. + Partner with agencies and creative team on the development and execution of content and ensure appropriate brand/voice tone is maintained and is consistent with overall brand guidelines. + Lead implementation, management, execution of customer relationship management program, e-mail marketing program, in coordination with creative and marketing teams. + Develop, own, and execute website editorial calendar - tightly integrated with the larger Essentia marketing plan, influencer marketing, and the social media team. + Manage website budget, work with vendors and internal teams to ensure proper execution of project objectives and scope of work. + Stay up to date on best practices across UX, design, and email marketing in support of our goal to be the #1 premium bottled water globally. + Lead the development of documentation and education about website processes, guidelines, templates, and taxonomy. + Monitor trends in digital tools, applications, channels, and design - as well as best practices for measuring the impact of campaigns via website. + Scope work, define project, and lead collaborative team effort through project completion. + Manage content development for all web projects. What you bring to the role: + 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or relevant website or customer marketing experience. + Experience in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS). + A strong mix of skill, management experience, and initiative. + Knowledgeable in the customer journey, driving traffic to our site. + Knowledgeable in vendor management. + Strong SEO background and experience. + Experience with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools. + Knowledgeable of SEM, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM. + Experience building, formatting web pages, and email templates. Basic HTML/CSS skills for both email and web. + Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy. + Experience with influencer and user generated content programs a plus. + Knowledge and experience with digital analytics tools and competitive tracking. + Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and project manage as needed. + Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. + Ability to both think strategically and implement on a tactical level. + Proficient in Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual platforms.
