The ProductLine Manager (PLM) Digital is responsible for the overall growth andprofitability of the product Line.&; The Digital PLM will manage theproduct portfolio ensuring that the product portfolio is competitive in aglobal market.&; The PLM will be responsible to define the scope of theproducts and deliverables of the products. In addition, the PLM is responsibleto ensure that all sales teams have the necessary training and materials thatare needed to sell Digital products. The PLM are also responsible of thepricing, proposals and agreements of the products and associated services,through working other groups in ABS, such as Global Business Development team.The PLM will also act as an executive sales representative and meet with highlevel customer executives to show the value of ABS Digital product suites.&;
1.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;The PLM isresponsible for the overall growth and profitability of the Digital productline.
2.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Training ofglobal sales teams and preparation of materials required to be successful inthe sales process.
3.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Coordinateand organize the preparation and delivery of operational and technical trainingto regional teams for ABS digital technologies.
4.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Identifybusiness opportunities for digital products and coordinate the necessaryresources from each region to capitalize.
5.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Manage theproduct line portfolio.&;&;Work with the development teams to createnew products, features and capabilities that will satisfy the demands of eachregion and market ensuring performance and price are appropriate to becompetitive.
6.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Createbudgets and business plans that will result in the annual operating plan forthe product line.
7.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Responsiblefor defining the scope of the products, working with other groups in ABS, suchas Sustainability Group, Engineering and Operations.
8.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Responsiblefor the deliverables of the products, working with digital development team andother relevant groups in ABS.
9.&;&;&;&;&;&;&;Responsiblefor pricing of the products and related services, working with Global BusinessDevelopment (BD) Commercial Operations and FSC Strategic pricing team.
10.&;&;&;Responsible for proposals andagreement related to the responsible products and working with Global BDProposals teams and relevant regional BD.
11.&;&;&;Identify trends in digitaltechnologies and offerings globally and ensure that the business direction ofthe product line is in line with these trends.
12.&;&;&;Assist regional sales teams in thepreparation of bids, tenders and quotations by giving product information,marketing materials and pricing guidance along with any other support that isnecessary.
13.&;&;&;Represent ABS Digital product linesto high level customer managers and executives.
14.&;&;&;Identify new technologies that canbe integrated into products and work with legal to ensure necessaryintellectual property can be defended against competitors.
15.&;&;&;Prepare and deliver presentationsto customers, industry professional associations and others that will elevatethe brand awareness of ABS Digital.
16.&;&;&;Work with marketing and sales toensure that all marketing and sales material is appropriate to all ABS marketsglobally.
17.&;&;&;Work with all ABS groups to crosssell products that will enhance overall ABS offerings.
18.&;&;&;&;Prepare business plans andnew product development to create a plan for execution.
19.&;&;&;Draft and manage the productlife-cycle for enhancements and both major and minor versioning.
20. Other duties as assigned.
More than 7 years inmarine or offshore engineering, operations or product line management analyticsofferings or Digital portfolios.
Bachelor of Business,Engineering, or equivalent industry experience&;
