Product Manager
The Product Manager reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Products. This role would be responsible for managing the strategic vision plan and roll-out as it pertains to the solution/tool while managing the day-to-day operational projects and performance for a digital solution(s) with support from product owners.
## _Product Owner Accountabilities_
+ Strategize several digital initiatives within a portfolio
+ Manages overall long term and daily product life cycle and product portfolio optimization within an agile team, while maintaining expectations within business stakeholders
+ Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project(s) and portfolio
+ Lead and manage requirements and work against those requirements to complete epics and initiatives
+ Translates market and customer needs into concrete product and/or service offerings which drives competitive advantage.
+ Work cross-functionally with the internal business units, product owners, other product managers, UX/UI, research, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
+ Builds the business case to manage the pipeline/portfolio which includes developing strategic roadmaps, establishing methods to evaluate and refine initiatives, and highlighting portfolio tradeoffs for executive decision-making
+ Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product based on business value and/or ROI
+ Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
+ Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
+ Be the advocate for the customer and work on engaging them on a 1:1 basis oftentimes.
_Qualifications_
+ 6+ years' experience in product management and/or digital field
+ Strong project management background and experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
+ Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Creative thinker with a vision
+ Attention to details
