DIVERSANT provides technical talent on a temporary, contract to-hire, and direct hire basis to Fortune 1000 and midsized companies.
The Direct Hire Recruiting Manager is responsible executing the full life-cycle of recruiting for all levels of information technology professionals, including engineering, digital and creative talent for a variety of professional direct hire positions across all client industries and verticals. As a Direct Hire Recruiting Manager, you will be a strategic partner with clients to clearly understand, define and refine their hiring needs. As a Direct Hire Recruiting Manager, you will develop client accounts and generates new business through candidate/client leads, referrals, cold-calling and other various resources. You will also develop and maintain a talent pipeline of both passive and active channel candidates that addresses client needs. You will serve as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate/client leads, referrals and other various resources.
+ Partners with clients to define hiring objectives and needs.
+ Understands and defines the hiring needs, determining best recruiting strategies, and creating and implementing those client strategies to effective deliver best in class talent to our clients. Continuously learns about the latest leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
+ Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
+ Administers job postings in various systems.
+ Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, personality fit and overall compatibility with client requirements.
+ Conducts behavioral-based interviews and competency based evaluations.
+ Provides guidance and facilitates the negotiation process through completion.
+ Enters and tracks assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
+ Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
+ Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
+ Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.
+ Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client/organizational requirements.
+ Provides general administrative and clerical support as part of the recruiting process.
+ Prepares correspondence and documents as it pertains to candidate or client communication.
+ Reports violations of company policies, safety policies and the misappropriation of company assets.

Education & Experience:
+ Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
+ Required Experience:
+ One (1) or more years of technical recruiting experience in an IT staffing industry
+ Two (2) or more years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry
+ One (1) or more years of new business development experience in an IT staffing industry
+ Experience with Applicant Tracking System
+ Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
