Position Overview The Cloud Program Director is responsible for driving the overall organizational value proposition and messaging, sales cadence, communications, and supporting the execution of sales strategies across multiple disciplines and cross functionally. This position will be accountable for the overall profitability and growth of the existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and ultimately help manage key leadership requirements related to a high-performance sales organization. The Director of Sales Execution will also be key in helping to develop highly engaged sales resources with a high level of business acumen that enhance the customer experience, demonstrate accountability, and achieve results. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the software and cloud industry, a proven record of accomplishment, and uses creative approaches that can help the Zones brand flourish. Sales Execution and Cadence + In close collaboration with all Cloud and Software sales leaders drive revenue and margin for the organization utilizing strong analytical skills to clearly articulate business performance, generate insights, formulate, and execute actions. + Ensure proper framework and KPIs across the sales organizations to drive productivity of sales resources. + Exercise strong problem solving, decision-making and storytelling skills to simplify complex issues and clearly articulate business goals and challenges to senior executives. + Lead and coordinate the organizational and business cadence while driving process improvements to ensure delivering on business plan and commitments - including at executive level. Sales Enablement/Program Execution + Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, PPM, and other relevant groups to ensure consistent and relevant enablement strategy that supports the sales motions for each of the business groups within the software and cloud organization. + Provide value-added program management guidance and direction to PPM team members to support successful program delivery. Value Proposition, Messaging, and Communication + Ensure clear organization value proposition and messaging, both internally and externally, and drive cross functional understanding and adoption. + Build and drive the internal communication plan within overall organization. Operational Excellence + Drive and evolve core account process strategies like software and cloud lifecycle management, renewal management, etc. to ensure maximizing margin opportunities. + Assist in fiscal accountability including budget management, forecasting and team review. Ensure OPEX reflects business priorities and with an eye for compliance, accountability and efficacy. Qualifications: + BA/BS degree is required. + MBA or Master's Degree is strongly preferred. + 3+ years required of management experience; preferably with cloud or software sales organization. + 5+ years required of technology industry experience, preferably with solution sales experience. + Track record of significant referenceable deals closed with Fortune 2000 companies. + Track record of building and managing a successful sales team. + Experience in driving effective Go to Market Strategies in the technology market. + Team player as demonstrated by customer and professional references. + Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, influencing and written/verbal communication skills with critical attention to detail.
