Establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards and objectives.

Provides for the ongoing effective operation of the Human Resources department deliverables and leadership to support the organization s mission, vision, goals and objectives.
Develops and interprets policies and administers: employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training.
In smaller facilities, this position may be responsible for other departments, as assigned.
May serve on the executive leadership council.
- Management of department, staff and budget.
- Directs daily operations.
- Maintains production and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
- Has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.
Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience
Required: 7 years in Human Resources with 2 years supervisory
Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
