This individual will haveeither come from a Payer working in this space or Risk Adjustment & Qualityservice provider and have intimate knowledge and expertise. The individual willrepresent the business both externally and internally and architect solutionsto meet our client’s needs. The candidate will have to have a strongexpertise in the Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid Markets, and an abilityto clearly define a market strategy through voice of customer for the purposesof assisting our product teams, and strategically shaping solutions that meetclient objectives and can be delivered successfully for the achievement ofgrowth.

5+ years of Risk Adjustment Expertise - both Retrospective and Prospective
5+ years of Quality / HEDIS Expertise - both software and Medical Record Review
Payer expertise with a focus on Medicare, Medicaid and ACA populations
Strong P&L experience
Health plan experience
Ability to travel 30%
