Director Marketing - Marketing & Communications
SUMMARY: Reporting to the SVP, Community Engagement and Population Wellness, this position directs the planning, development and implementation of strategic marketing plans across the Valley Children's Healthcare network that support the overall objectives and business priorities of the organization to enhance its long-term competitive position and its local, regional and national reputation. The candidate will have demonstrated skills and results in strategic planning, brand management, project/workflow management, digital marketing, market analysis and managing a creative team.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires: A) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field of study, Masters degree preferred; B) Minimum of ten (10) years in marketing and business development with at least three (3) years in an administrative or executive position, with a successful track record of marketing strategy and execution. Experience in the healthcare industry and digital marketing required. Experience in account management preferred; C) Demonstrated abilities in marketing strategy and execution.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period, Exempt level position.
