HCA's Mountainstar Division has an open position for a Facility Director PR and Communications for St Mark's Hospital
The Facility Director PR and Communications, This person will report to the Division AVP of Marketing and Public Relations and the hospital CEO. This individual also sits on the hospital’sAdministrative Leadership team playing a critical role in representing thevoice of our customer, as well as serving as the lead hospitalcommunicator/spokesperson both internally and externally.
This person supports development of annual PR & Communication planto sync with Division-developed paid media plan for the hospital/market. Drivesour community and customer engagement to heighten our positive reputationwithin the community. Develops organic content (written, web, video) via tightconnectivity with key service line leaders and physicians. Leverages thiscontent to create dynamic materials, messaging, events and forums that willpositively engage the community to choose this facility. Measures success ofall activities in order to refine and adjust as needed. Operates smoothly in afast-paced, high-intensity matrix environment.
