Directs program activities for initiatives that impact the field. Provides direction and acts as a point of contact for the department. Supports all Corporate Operations staff with creating a culture of wellbeing; strength, purpose and belonging.Leadership of cross-functional teams within all levels of the organization to implement and maintain operational programs and special projects for the fieldLeads and manages operations for processes, policies, rollout, ongoing support and performance standardsLeads the development and maintenance of departmental documents, web-sites and electronic communications Directs and approves communications regarding assigned programs between the field and corporate office; including collecting field data and coordinating the analysis on relevant metricsDirects the development of field processes and support tools to support assigned operational programsResponsible for quality assurance, auditing, and corrective action of all assigned programs and related projectsAnalyzes data and implements improvement and corrective action to ensure program and company goals are metProvides special project support to field-based leaders for all assigned projects/programsSupports the VP of Corporate Operations in managing reporting, metrics, and follow up in order to ensure department and company goals are metSupports the VP of Corporate Operations in trouble-shooting areas of concern in the field; including both new initiatives, and efforts to improve operational excellenceEnsures assigned projects/programs are completely functional when rolled out company wide and successfully maintained post rolloutBuilds and leads strategic plans for surveying assigned project end users, collects and responds to survey data and performs quality assessments and recommendation to regional and district leadershipDirects and is responsible for implementation plans for all assigned programsDevelops and communicates weekly and monthly data collection, reporting and communications to gage program effectiveness and builds awareness and corrective actions where neededSupports the VP of Corporate Operations in developing and executing a company-wide project and capacity calendar; maintain the calendar on an ongoing basisPrepare reports by collecting and analyzing informationSecure information by completing data base backupsSpecial projects as neededBachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) Minimum of 5 years of operations experience at a senior manager levelDemonstrated leadership experience in implementation of complex projects, programsDemonstrated experience influencing other departments to make need changes, or provide resourcesDemonstrated decision making and problem solving skillsExperience working with business systemsStrong understanding of operations processes and financial dataStrong statistical analysis, project management, and leadership skillsDedicated to a culture absent of ageismProficiency in EnglishAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadHigh level verbal and written communications skillsCritical thinking skills The ability to work with associates at all levels and at various locations across the countryThe ability to meet changing deadlines and can multitask Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Programs including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel; must be able to create complex Excel reports Personable, energetic, professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
