As a leader in the Omnichannel Development office, this position oversees technical integration projects, ongoing maintenance projects, supports capital projects, and manages development team members, attends meetings, and helps to manage all aspects of the development and design of our Ecommerce and Supply chain solutions. This position will be in charge of managing all development tasks and examining existing IT systems to further improve overall quality and solve business challenges. This position will require a candidate that is ready to work in a fast paced environment and have in depth knowledge of Omnichannel architecture.
Develop design architecture and documentation for planned implementations and changes.
Oversee processes for all platform improvements. This position will oversee development changes to code and architecture.
Plan and direct workstreams for other members of the development team, and partners. This team member will also monitor progress as well as performance of assigned projects.
Development in a fast paced IT environment
- Experienced with leading teams of developers across a variety of projects
- Capability to work with executives, other IT professionals, and team members to ensure project success.
- Knowledge of Dell Boomi, Salesforce, and Manhattan OMS are all a plus
- Database knowledge and proficiency in MSSQL
- Experience working with API calls and database connections
- Ability to manage a team
Leslie’s Corporate Office is located in a centralized area of Phoenix, Arizona. The expansive office space offers covered parking, a fully functional on-site gym, and a wellness center with an in-house nurse practitioner. There are 2 large breakrooms with a small grocery-like market, flavored water dispenser (still or sparkling), coffee machines, as well as a ping pong and foosball table. In addition, Leslie’s hosts Food Truck Friday in the parking lot for employees twice a month.
