About the Job
The Director of Operations Training provides oversight of operational training. He/she will be responsible for determining training needs, recommending training solutions as well as coordination and presentation of training solutions. This includes soft skills training and systems and process training for new hire training, refresher training, cross training, corrective action training and new business and systems implementations training of all associate level staff. The Regional Director of Operations Training also works closely with the Instructional Systems Designers to assist in the design and development of training programs for functions within Operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Ensures training needs of the Operations are met; analyzes needs and training requests, helping to prioritize and design training programs to impact positive employee growth and drive business results
* Evaluates training programs, resources and tools for impact and results; produces ROI report to assist in prioritizing needs and building new programs as appropriate
* Evaluates Trainers for appropriate analyzation, design, facilitation and evaluation skills
* Assess learning solutions to ensure all course content covers the needs of the employees and that the desired principles and skills are being taught in the most learnable ways possible as well as has the ability to yield desired outcomes
* Builds positive working relationships with internal customers to better understand training and development needs of the company
* Communicates and drives a continuous learning culture
* Works with senior management and Leadership Development Manager to identify key individuals for development
* Assists in the development and implementation of developmental plans to foster professional growth and advancement opportunities
* Works with Instructional Designers to ensure all compliance training requirements are met
* Works with VP of Training and Talent as well as appropriate COEs and various
* Corporate Leaders to ensure that all client concerns, questions, PIPs or action plans are addressed, proper action is taken and issues are solved to satisfaction in relation to learning and performance
* Holds regular meetings with direct reports via one on one and group meetings to ensure goals are understood and are on target to being met as well as completed
* Provides regular coaching, feedback, support and training to direct reports
* Responds to RFP Team and various leaders on questions or requests on outline, components, layout and duration of standardized CSR Training Program
* Oversees all Operations Training Audits
* Responsible for Creating and disseminating job aids, memos and JIT training solutions due to updates on systems, processes and policies
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Education, Training, Business Management or related field preferred; progressive job related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Skills & Experience
* 5 years of experience managing and leading people
* 5 years of relevant work experience
* Driving Requirements:
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Must be able to pass DMV record check
* Driving record must remain in compliance with ModivCare's driver qualification standards
* Must be able to use a hands-free mobile phone
* Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and facilitation skills required
* Strong strategic skills and business acumen combined with the ability to motivate teams to deliver high quality standards
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills
* Proficient software skills to include Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred
* Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders

Salary: $118,024 - $181,575 /annually
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance.
