The ideal candidate will be an expert in our market, product and key market segments with an excellent ability to translate that expertise into product requirements, product packaging and bundles, messaging that resonates with our customers and the ability to communicate clearly with our sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- develop the product strategy for SMB/SME and work with engineering and core PM to implement
- Develop the positioning / packaging and messaging of our products to our customer segments
- Understand the market and competition and bring insight into competitive products, positioning and messaging
- Clearly communicate with our sales and marketing teams to position and message our products
- Evangelize our solution to customers and prospects
- Proven track record in product management and product marketing
- Proven ability to work and lead cross functional teams including engineering, sales and marketing
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to market, position and build highly technical products
- BS/BA in computer science, business or related discipline
- Experience and knowledge in SaaS and cloud-based services.
- Passion for technology and good understanding of current technology landscape and issues
- Self-starter with a deep passion and motivation to drive growth in existing and new products
- Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to own and drive execution
