What does a great Product Management Director for ConnectPay do?

Fiserv is looking for an experienced product director to join a growing team that focuses on ConnectPay, a non-card based DDA payment wallet platform, within the Global Business Solutions division. As a leader on the team, you will play a meaningful role in the overall strategy and direction of the ConnectPay product. Your deep knowledge of the payments industry including significant experience with mobile payments and understanding the market adoption challenges at both the point of sale and online will be critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will also have experience with ACH and a solid understanding of emerging real-time payments schemes.

Qualifications for consideration:

• 10 years or more of payment or related financial services industry experience
• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Agile product development experience
• Demonstrable success in matrix organizations
• Experience communicating with and presenting to executive team leadership

Preferred competencies for consideration:

• Strong understanding of the power of a great UX
• Card issuing experience
• Mobile payments experience
• C2B ACH experience
• Real time payments experience
• Pragmatic Marketing experience
• High level of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
