|Oversee the student recruitment efforts, processes and infrastructure to be able to support schools in recruitment, enrollment, retention and attendance.|
o Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
o Minimum of 3 years administrative experience at school or district/central office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Manage and supervise all student recruitment procedures, and efforts to increase the number of applicants to Harmony schools at all locations.
o Build and execute a system-wide strategic student recruitment plan, work cycle and timeline including campuses, districts and central office to enhance the applicant metrics for all schools.
o Build a Harmony brand in collaboration with Communications and other departments to differentiate Harmony and create and execute a marketing strategy for student recruitment.
o Monitor and support schools local recruitment efforts such as parent meetings, open houses, parent referrals, mail campaigns, distribution of marketing flyers and utilize current parent connections.
o Oversee and create the recruitment materials in collaboration with Communications department and schools.
o Manage application process, and software and support schools in the lottery procedures.
o Work with schools and district offices to make sure student enrollment processes in compliance with State, and Federal Laws and Harmony Board policies.
o Oversee and support student registration, enrollment process, and student attendance, produce reports for executive teams consideration.
o Oversee and report student daily student attendance at schools and support meeting the attendance targets.
o Support schools in management of school attendance and related issues and parent communication.
o Build and execute a system-wide strategic student retention plan, work cycle and timeline including campuses, districts and central office.
o Manage and oversee student retention programs.
o Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
o Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
o Ability to organize special programs for assigned campuses.
o Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine and telephone.
o Ability to analyze data
o Ability to use effective interview techniques, effective public speaking skills, and problem-solving skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
o Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
o Position is in office setting and may involve prolonged work at a desk in one location.
o Travel is required.

Dallas/ Fort Worth and Central Office - Houston
Salary minimum: $72, 000 Salary maximum: $100,800
Austin and San Antonio Districts: $2,000 less
