As a member of the Dish/General Utility Team, you will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen while ensuring all Teams have clean equipment and wares for their use. This role involves using a commercial dishwasher, manual washing of items in a three-compartment sink, maintenance of food and equipment storage areas, floors, walls and equipment; taking out trash and recyclable items; and food preparation tasks as assigned.
Our ideal candidate is a Team player with prior kitchen experience and a positive attitude. They have current certifications as required by state and local laws. They understand food safety/sanitation and food rotation and are able to work as a Team. Our candidate has prior experience in operating and cleaning basic kitchen equipment and is able to follow our Safety Standards. They are willing and able to work quickly and efficiently in the maintenance of our cleanliness and sanitation standards.
