Our company is looking for a reliable and customer service oriented individual to support customers with onsite technical resources. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for using multiple platforms and ticketing systems to source proper technical resources according to the customer contracts and project requirements. The successful candidate for this position needs to adjust to last minute changes and work with a team to successfully support each customer.
Support in bound and out bound calls in a phone queue
Support project schedules
Create service tickets with time specific start times
Manage and update tickets in multiple ticketing systems through closing
Create work documents
Email work orders and instructions
Coordinate activities with multiple departments, vendors and customers
Update spreadsheets with support details
Process expense payments and customer invoicing
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings
Strong knowledge of MS office (Work, Excel)
Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
Proven record of strong customer service skills
Experience with working in ticketing systems
Proven record of reliability and dependability
Experience with billing and expense processing
