Ensure efficient and timely delivery and pick up of blood and blood products. Monitor schedules, dispatch drivers and direct deliveries. Manage work flow, man-hours and driver productivity. Ensure high degree of customer service. Document activities and monitor equipment.
Two years college coursework or relevant experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least two (2) years experience in directing staff/office management or dispatcher required. Knowledge of
Skills and Abilities:
Computer literate. Ability to create and update data spreadsheet for analysis. Proven leadership skills.
