About the Job
District Sales Manager - LOCAL AREA Candidates Only
We are looking for a driven and passionate off-road enthusiast to help us sell unique, customized aftermarket solutions to Truck, Jeep and SUV dealerships. This role is critical in attracting customers, generating excitement for vehicles and helping dealerships make money.
What You Will Do
+ Develop and influence existing and new clients to purchase our aftermarket solutions
+ Educate dealership leaders and sales teams with the latest aftermarket trends
+ Sell in our pricing, packages and warranties
+ Collaborate with dealerships and local 4WP retail stores on installations
+ Prepare sales forecast, generate sales pipeline and drive activity to close deals
+ Hit and exceed profit targets and sales goals
+ Work fast, work hard and juggle multiple priorities
What We Are Looking For
+ Many years of sales experience, a degree is great, but experience is key to your success
+ A pro at hunting for & converting new customers, with proven success of achieving goals _(we will ask you to provide details, especially how you met and exceeded your sales targets)_
+ Resides in the territory and has local industry contacts
+ Knows when to lead and when to follow
+ Competes to win and understands what it means to be part of a team, with safety, ethics and integrity top of mind
