DISTRICT MANAGER - SPECIALTY SALES
Alfasigma USA, Inc. (ASUSA) is seeking a District Manager (DM) for our Outside Sales Division to lead a team of Specialty Sales Consultants in our Midwest District. The District Manager is responsible for leading and managing all sales activities and overall performance of a group of Specialty Sales Consultants, within a defined geographic district. This also includes ensuring all sales reps are promoting to Healthcare Professionals (HCP's) in a compliant way for all Alfasigma products.
The DM provides strong leadership, mentoring and individual development for their field sales team in order to generate high performance within the assigned geography. The DM develops and executes business plans for each territory under his/her control. The DM conducts a high percentage of field visits in person, offering real time coaching and providing verbal and written feedback on key sales competencies and the overall performance of all Specialty Sales Consultants within their team.

**This District consists of 11 territories across 4 states: Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
**Ideal candidates to be located in Kansas City, MO. or Kansas City, KS. to efficiently balance the required travel.
