Serves as the primary metalworking fluids sales professional in an assigned area with MFS’s distributors and customers. Assumes responsibility for providing technical sales support for the Corporation’s products and services, and in conjunction with local distributors, for developing business plans, marketing analysis and maintaining customers. Assumes responsibility for technical assistance and involvement of distributor in all facets of the marketing process.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field and sales expertise with seven to ten years’ experience in the technical arena. Sales and management experience are required. Must have verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with Distributors, Customers, and Master Fluid Solutions personnel at all levels. Must understand the sales process. This position requires travel, often overnight, and may require international travel.
