Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Division Enterprise Manager
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between the customer and all service delivery elements, including operations, transformation, project teams, Emergency Ops, and line management.
Participate in one or more Agile project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations for a Division and it's supporting Districts.
Single point of contact keeping lines of communication open and actively engaged in customer collaboration and feedback on performance to close gaps.
Discusses and tables ideas for innovations and service delivery changes to get feedback and to support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives throughout the geographically dispersed sites.
Supports management of TDLs, help customer understand the value of the changes.
Prepares, communicates and delivers project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the TDL. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT.
Provides customer insights, leadership and guidance to cross functional matrix teams.Coordinates to enable effective delivery and efficient use of services.
Maintains alignment to the RITS technology (IT) strategies, ensuring that services are consistent and supportive of those strategies and that they deliver value to customers and are an effective use of budget.

Continually evaluate services to determine opportunities for consolidations, efficiencies, shared solutions across the enterprise.Apply continuous improvement methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, to drive operational efficiency into services.
