We have immediate openings for Document Processors to work in our corporate office in Tustin, CA.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in an office with an AA degree, minimum. Candidate will rely heavily on administrative and organizational skills to process Rental Applications for people who desire to move into the mobile home communities, and generate Rental Agreements or Leases for new residents in the mobile home communities. This is a fast-paced position that requires the candidate to process a heavy volume of Rental Applications from approximately 25 locations. Dependability and reliability is a must. Candidate must be organized, motivated, detailed, pro-active, due-date oriented, and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision while being a part of a team. Computer skills should be of the intermediate to advanced level.
General Duties, including but not limited to:
- Receive and log-in Residency Applications
- Run and analyze credit reports
- Verify Rental Applications: income, employment, residence history
- Generate various form letter communications to buyers, sellers and brokers
- Generate Rental Agreement and Lease Agreements
- Monitor escrow closings
- Perform analysis for exceptions to review with supervisor
- Create new resident files (paper and pdf)
- AA Degree minimum
- Two years' general administrative office experience minimum
- Property Management or Residential Leasing experience preferred
- Mobile home park experience is preferred but not required

Compensation: $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Principals only.
