Perform a wide variety of maintenance and reconciliation functions related to the areas of internet and telephone banking as well as activity resulting from debit card processing, and credit card services.
Administers, effectively communicates, efficiently processes, maintains, and verifies all electronic banking products
Efficiently processes new enrollments on all electronic banking products
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all electronic banking products
Assists in training for employees and customer
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of the Bank’s core system and its use, as it relates to electronic products
Assists with developing and updating departmental procedures
Participates in bank wide training program
Performs operational duties as needed and in a timely manner
Demonstrates patience and a genuine desire to assist with inquiries form less experienced bank staff or from customers that need guidance on Ebanking services.
Originate, track and accurately maintain debit card disputes
Maintain Reg E knowledge and changes and or updates to Reg E.

A minimum of two years of banking experience preferred. Previous customer service experience required. Previous computer experience with Windows and Microsoft Office required. Knowledge and understanding of mobile smart phones and social media. Basic computer knowledge, to include but not limited to, the ability to identify browser types and releases as well as IP addresses. Must possess good time management skills and demonstrate a team approach.
