About the Job
Top global private equity firm is seeking a poised, effective communicator to support their Head of Corporate Communications in an Executive Assistant capacity. Responsibilities include working as an internal and external gatekeeper to manage time, schedules and communication with the media. Will be responsible for scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conferences, booking detailed domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels and ground transportation, drafting and editing documents and correspondence for internal and external use and working across departments as a liaison for the corporate communications team. Hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm with flexibility to work (paid) overtime on an as-needed basis needed. Base salary depends on experience up to $85-95K.
