Who Is Our Perfect Applicants?
We are seeking licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with the "birth to three" demographic in their natural setting. We are seeking only applicants who are comfortable working in the home-environment as the primary delivery method even during the pandemic. We are seeking applicants who practice extremely safe COVID practices and are committed to ensuring their safety and that of the consumers that we support. In addition to home visits, clinicians must be open to delivering follow up care via telehealth to support milestones and frequency of care in an optimal manner. We are seeking clinicians that are open to building to full-time employment over a 3 to 5 month period with initial caseload being around 10 to 15 visits per week. We are seeking clinicians who have previous exposure in working in a natural environment and have the highest competency in infants with a strong communication skill set. This candidate works incredibly hard and is the epitome of purpose driven. Our candidates must have strong work retention with previous employers along with a commitment to ethics, values, and integrity. We have a very thorough interview process. Candidates will go through email interviews, virtual interviews, and writing samples as well as therapeutic role play will be required.
What About The Work Environment?
Our Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists work with the child right in his/her home play area where the child feels safe, secure and familiar in their natural environment. This encourages the child to build upon his/her strengths as the therapist provides therapy techniques to achieve attainable goals. WWMP is passionate about empowering their employees to collaborate and interact as an interdisciplinary team therefore co-treatments can occur to reach optimum results.
What About Compensation?
WWMP provides a nurturing work environment helping our clinicians grow and thrive as practitioners, focused on changing patients' lives and outcomes. We care about each and every member of the WWMP team and strive to provide a competitive package that includes:
- Competitive starting compensation (billable treatment hours ranging from $40 to $65 depending on location and experience. If you don't have 5 years of EI experience than reimbursement is on lower end) plus administrative rate with global billable reimbursement around $50 to $75 per treatment hour. (Full-Time Earning Potential Is $65K to $110k based on productivity)

What Are The Job Qualifications?
Education: Applicants will have the terminal degree depending on the profession most likely a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
Licensure: Applicants will have national and CA licensure in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy
Location: Applicants must reside in Southern California near one of the treatment areas outlined above
Experience:Applicants must have strong pediatric experience and be able to work on an independent basis in the home environment
Other:Applicants must be willing to work in the natural environment - i.e. home setting
COVID Precautions: Applicants must complete COVID credentialing and adhere to a strict pandemic protocol
