Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, integrators and maintain on-going dialog about their business and how we can optimize our position in the account.
Constantly monitor brand representative sales performance and provide feedback on achievement while maintaining a consistent communication with all field representatives and distributors.
Provide business plans for key accounts with annual and monthly forecasting.
Implement market distribution plans based on directives from Management.
Communicate pricing, programs, policies and product road maps to Reps, Distributors and Direct accounts on a timely basis.
Possess the necessary industry and product knowledge to guide sales representatives and distributors to communicate brands positioning.
Collaborate with Key Customers to initiate merchandising and advertising programs which enhance brand value and sales revenue.
Provide insight to management regarding market conditions, competitive environment and recommend action plans through monthly reporting.
Travel with sales rep organization to meet with key customers and create visibility and expertise for all brands.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to execute company initiatives.
Meet or exceed given sales budgets for the territory by brand.
