Thistwo-year program provides business-minded IT professionals like you with thehands-on experience and leadership skills you need to excel in preventing,detecting, and responding to protect Eaton’s intellectual property brand in ahighly complex, multi-technology, regulated and diversified businessenvironment.
Your assignment rotations will provide the opportunity to work at the NorthAmerica Headquarters campus. The two rotations will focus on responsibilitiesand projects involving: log and registryanalysis, task-level system administration, system monitoring, threat andvector analysis, task elimination & scheduling, creating technicaldocumentation and standard operating procedures, designing remediation planactivities, raising awareness and providing training to end users, responsibilityfor technical delivery of vendors and developers, and remediation of advanced persistentthreats.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (IncludingEducational Requirements):
Currently possess or will haveobtained a Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, forensics, or cybersecurity, and/or a degree in Information Technology from an accreditedinstitution, with a graduation date no later than August 2020
- Minimum of one internship or co-op experience within cyber security or related completed at the time of this application
- Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please do not round)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship
- Geographical flexibility to relocate to Cleveland, OH for the duration of the Development Program
Strong analytical and business process skills
Proven technical ability through courseworkand work experience to manage technical systems and analyze network, end point,application, and identity data for signs of malicious activity
Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieveresults and improve efficiency and effectiveness of incident response
Demonstrated leadership experience withincampus and/or community
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills for collaboration and projects
