Are you a seasoned, professional EChat or Email Agent who prefers to work in downtown Dallas? If so, we have the opportunity for you! We are hiring thirty-(30) EChat and Email Agents for a call center located in downtown Dallas. These opportunities pay $13.00-$13.50hr. for a training class starting in a couple of weeks. We offer weekly pay every Tuesday and don't hold back a week in-the-hole. We also offer a health, dental and vision insurance plan
All applicants must be able to work any of these shifts as one of them will be assigned to you after you have been offered the job and before you start the training class:
You will work four-(4) weekdays and either Sat. or Sun.
*the shift and schedule don’t rotate or change. You will always work the same hours and days weekly.
Duties: Agents will be assisting customers with purchases via email and entering their selection into the database. You will their payment information and provide the customer with their Order Number.
- Receive Email or EChat inquiries and respond to questions about pricing and availability of consumer products.
- Respond to billing inquiries and process payments.
- Respond to potential customers interested in opening accounts.
- Update and document customer information and interactions in the database.
WHAT WE WANT:
- Great typing, grammar and spelling skills
- Min. two-(2) years of previous Phone, Email or E-Chat experience
- Stable work history (job hoppers will not be considered)
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Zealous for serving and taking care of the customer
- Professional communication skills and demeanor
- Type a min. of 35 wpm
