Gryphon Technologies is seeking Electrical SME Trainer in support of COMNAVSURFPAC Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) to support:
- Sailor centric deck plate training
- Support in reporting, analysis, recommendations, corrective actions and post-action reporting with crews as they prepare for major evolutions, certifications and inspections
Identify performance/operational weaknesses throughout the assists
Provide training and expertisse to support in the indientifying of weaknesses and facilitate improved operational readiness.
Canidates must have over twenty years of experience with the operations and maintenance of electrical systems aboard US Navy warships or military auxiliary and be full versed in ungrounded, 450 volt, 3-phase, alternating current (AC) equipment and distribution systems. including familiarity with ungrounded, 4160 volt, 3-phase, AC equipment and distribution systems
Candidates must have direct operational and maintenance experience, within the last five years with electrical equipment and distribution systems currently in use by the Navy, including experience with standard formal electrical troubleshooting procedures and practices, electrical safety procedural, and material requirements per current Navy guidance.
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
