Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Manager, the incumbent adjusts repairs, troubleshoots and maintains electrical applications on and off-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
- Performs all preventive maintenance on systems and maintains applicable log books.
- Conducts walk-through inspections; lighting rounds of entire property.
- Repairs electrical systems through out the property, including on and off-site facilities.
- Replace light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, switches, GFI receptacles, and dimmers.
- Understand basic electrical code as it applies to commercial facilities.
- Records gauge / meter readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.
- Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.
- Knowledge of Seminole Casino Coconut Creek's policies, procedures and schedules to insure minimal interruption to business operations and to prioritize projects appropriately.
- Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order; monitors supplies.
- Interfaces and coordinates with internal departments to schedule installations and repairs so as to cause minimal business interruption.
- Maintains a clean, safe, work environment within area of responsibility.
- Promotes positive public / employee relations at all times.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
