Pay is $20/hr on W2 not negotiable
MUST HAVE PRIOR EMAIL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND BS DEGREE.
1-7 years work experience in email customer support/email customer service
Must have experience with any CRM ticketing system (Salesforce, ZenDesk, Remedy, etc)
Detail oriented with a high quality output
Proficient in desktop applications and able to quickly learn proprietary software
Strong writing skills, including complete command of English grammar and mechanics
Able to effectively multi-task and remain cool under pressure
Investigative mindset eager to solve problems
Self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills
Dedicated to ensuring community members receive a superior product experience
Demonstrate leadership through proactively providing operational feedback to deliver efficiency gains
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment; able to adapt to change quickly
Effectively share knowledge and learning with team
Previous unconventional customer service experience a plus
1. 3 shifts available, but they should be flexible - 6am-2pm CST, 12pm-8pm CST, 6pm-2am (6pm shift is work from home).
Any weekend work is work from home.
