A CE (Customer Engagement) Manager I - Email Marketing Manager to support Email messaging and activation. Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for building the requirements for messaging and creative, QA, and tracking of all Email, Push, and SMS efforts, with possible support for other areas of The Company.
- Email messaging execution and campaign set up including: email campaign set up in ESP, list segmentation, list management
- Compile email analytic results to uncover trends and shape content strategy for go-forward campaigns, reporting out on a weekly and monthly basis to measure the impact of email against overall marketing efforts
- Provide recommendations and plans for revising email campaigns based on email analytics and findings, reviewing the calendar and messaging strategy with an analytical eye
- Partner with Email Marketing Manager to optimize email programs through continual testing of creative, content, offers, targeting, etc. based on email findings
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on Email
- Candidate should have hands-on experience with Email Service Provider Platforms
- Basic HTML knowledge to troubleshoot email code a plus
- Bachelors or Equiv. Exp.
