The Team

Our team provides automated and streamlined solutions for our customer’s business practices. Whether it is building a database to centralize customer data, or developing a tool to automate a manual procedure, the data team provides crucial cost and time savings to aerospace customers. Our team is centered on fast turnaround time for customer requests as well as having a strong ability to help facilitate the automation of our data outputs, which can be fluid and changing. Our current challenge is to maintain a high level of data integrity with our legacy reporting, while continuing to make our automation and reporting capabilities stronger.

The Role

The work will involve troubleshooting system integration issues, preparing and executing tests, and updating software. This employee will interface heavily with customer stakeholders, and need to collaborate as part of a cross functional team to complete their assigned functions. This role will be performed on-site at a customer facility, and be a part of our new and growing embedded software team.

Job Functions

• Troubleshoot and correct hardware and software integration issues
• Generate Test Cases and procedures
• Vet software requirements
• Provide end users assistance during testing
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and liaison with customer stakeholders
• Interface directly with customers to understand testing needs

Qualifications

We’re excited to talk to you if you have:

• 5+ years embedded software validation and verification
• 2+ years’ experience in Hardware/Software integration and Software troubleshooting
• AS or BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Labview, and McCabe
• Experience with the emulation software WindRiver
• Experience with the development standards DO-178B/C DAL B is preferred
• Hands on experience with electronic test equipment including:
• Oscilloscopes
• Grounding Probes
• PCAN devices
• Ability to understand a customer’s problems and create new solutions to solve them
• Work well across borders and in a team oriented environment
• Adaptability and are welcoming of change
• Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills
