Employment Litigation Associate - Sacramento, CA
This firm's Employment and Benefits practice group seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience for its employment practice in Sacramento. Experience defending and advising corporate employers against wage and hour, wrongful termination, and employment discrimination claims in California state and federal courts desired. Assignments will include litigation, employer counseling and drafting of agreements and policies.
Candidates must have significant law firm experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions. Distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills are essential. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance. Must be a current, active member of the California State Bar.
1750 billable requirements!
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
