This role will be deeply involved in the day-to-day progress of product initiatives, as well as understanding how company wants their process to evolve and helping them recognize constant continuous improvement. This role requires the discipline and communication to coordinate and facilitate feedback loops between various departments including Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, consisting of both local and remote team members.
Perform overall task management including planning, scheduling, work allocation, monitoring, and reporting
Act as Scrum Master for engineering teams, ensuring teams are leveraging best-practices and developing functional practices
Partner with engineering team members to ensure the planning and development is on track
Collaborate with Product and Engineering Management to maximize product initiatives and effect process evolutions
Follow-through on engineering tasks that require external, cross-functional, or interdepartmental hand-offs like feature releases and product launches
Evangelize and coach agile practices across the product engineering teams and identifying strategic incremental improvements
Responsible for ensuring that all technical scope change is agreed upon with all stakeholders prior to implementation through the life of the project.
Perform other relevant duties as needed.

A firm grasp of agile principles and latest practices
Mastery of JIRA practices including but not limited to Creating new workflows, updating sprint boards, basic administration i.e. adding/deleting users and adding projects
Coordinating around upcoming feature and product launches and raising unseen risks
Highly resourceful, self-starter that is self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
Excellent professional communication skills and appropriate grammar as related to utilizing communication tools including but not limited to business correspondence, email, and telephone calls.
Superior organizational and time management skills and ability to efficiently and effectively handle a myriad of duties simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
