Entry Level Fire Sprinkler Draftsmen at Residential Fire Systems, Inc.

Residential Fire Systems Inc. is a subcontractor to the residential construction industry that designs, engineers, & installs fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems. We design & install these systems in Single Family Residential Tracts, in Multi-Family condominiums and apartments, and in Custom homes in the 6 counties of Southern California: Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego.

Entry level Fire Sprinkler Draftsmen:  Duties will be assisting the engineering team by preparing the necessary files for design, redlines, as-built, minor corrections, creating details, submitting to local building departments and on the job learning the fundamentals of NFPA 13D and fire sprinkler design.

Minimum requirements:

• Valid CA driver’s license and a good driving record. (Please submit a copy of your motor vehicle report with your resume/ application).
• AutoCad experience of at least one year.
• Some knowledge of how to read construction blue prints.

Position above all has a mandatory requirement of a valid Ca. Drivers License and the ability to drive in Southern California.  Having your own vehicle is not a requirement but it is recommended since there will be times that you will need to go to building departments.
